Iconize Me!:

Could someone with some artistic talent do this for me??????

Your reward would most likely be a cup of coffee and my eternal gratitude.

I am a cartoon character…how do you see me?

Cog Scholars,

I really think things went well on Thursday. Considering the number of naive del.icio.us users and the large size of the group it was a successful day. Congrats on getting your accounts up and running.

If you missed out on the social bookmarking walkthrough, follow the directions found here. I also have shared some very good reads to help get you starting on your tagging adventure.

In addition, I have followed up with the account sharing page that I promised. Congrats to our del.icio.us scholar ppowe for being the first to share her info.

Today we will continue our historical look at cognition (chapter 1). I will also share our del.icio.us page info and go over adding your account as a comment on this page.

Finally, I have coglab logins and passwords to share with you.

The Story Play Team for Stories from a Goodly Portion of Beautiful Northeast Georgia invites you to An Evening with Jo Carson, January 10, 2006, at 7 p.m. at the Sautee Center Theatre.

The award-winning playwright for the upcoming Story Play will perform excerpts from her one-woman show “Liars, Thieves and Other Sinners on the Bench” — a look inside the creative adventure of transforming people’s stories into a community performance.

Free! Reservations: 706-878-3300

The Story Play Team’s mission is to collect the personal stories, legends and history of our area and turn them into an entertaining, educational community story play, along the lines of Swamp Gravy (Colquitt, Ga.) with a target completion/performance date of sometime in the summer of 2007. This summer, 2006, we plan to put a work in progress on display for the annual Sautee Summer Festival. This is your chance to get involved in a fun project that will have a positive impact on the culture and economy of Northeast Georgia. The Sautee Nacoochee Center is a non-profit organization offering live theater, art, history and environmental education to the region. Memberships are always available. Coming soon is a pottery museum unlike anything else in the Southeast.

This story play project is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Georgia Council for the Arts, Alternate ROOTS and generous individuals.
